Out of its keen interest in the welfare of its students, Riyadh Schools has established a specialized Parent Information Center. This center provides high-quality, innovative services that strengthen parents’ participation in the educational process, support the Schools’ mission and goals, enhance cooperation with parents, and help achieve their satisfaction.

Communication Mechanism
To facilitate communication between parents and the Schools, parents can contact us via:

Goals of the Center
- Contribute to improving parent conferences on a regular basis.
- Activate the alumni network.
- Provide high-quality communication services.
- Enhance parents’ satisfaction.
- Handle parents’ complaints and suggestions.
- Organize social events and participate in public occasions.
Duties of the Center
- Coordinate evening meetings between teachers and parents.
- Invite parents to all events.
- Ensure the Director General’s newsletters are sent to parents.
- Ensure principals’ newsletters reach all stakeholders.
- Activate the alumni network.
- Prepare periodic reports on communications with parents (comments, suggestions, complaints).
- Measure parents’ satisfaction.
Work Mechanism of the Center
- Receive concerns and complaints from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and register them in an electronic tracking system.
- Refer each complaint to the concerned department for study and resolution.
- Provide an initial response within 24–48 hours.
- Contact parents to notify them of actions taken.
- If not satisfied, arrange a meeting with school management to review and address the case.
